Updated: 3 days ago

To assist you with your college application planning, I have gathered the relevant deadlines.

General College Application Deadlines:

  • Early Decision/Early Action:

    • Deadlines often fall between early and mid-November (usually 11/01)

    • Early action can increase your chances of acceptance, but Early Decision requires you to enroll if accepted (binding).

  • Regular Decision:

    • Deadlines often fall between early January and early February.

Tips for Checking University Information:

  • University Official Websites:

    • Visit each university's admissions website to check the latest information.

    • Referencing admissions-related FAQs or admissions guidelines will be helpful.

  • Common Application or Coalition Application Websites:

    • Many universities use common application systems, so you can also check deadlines on those websites. I try to link the universities for your convenience. .

Key Considerations:

  • Deadlines can vary by university, so you must individually check the information for the universities you want to apply to.

  • You must submit all documents (transcripts, letters of recommendation, essays, etc.) before the deadline.

  • It is important to accurately understand the differences between Early Decision/Early Action and Regular Decision, and to establish an application strategy that suits you.

  • In the 2025-2026 admissions cycle, it is especially important to understand and prepare for the changing admissions trends. Especially since there have been many changes to admissions policies in recent years, it is recommended to get help from an expert.
